WPsigner app for iPhone and Android

Install WPsigner on iPhone or Android, connect it to your WordPress site, and send, remind, and collect signatures from your phone. Documents stay on your site.

The WPsigner app is on the App Store and Google Play.

It is the phone client for a WordPress site that already runs WPsigner Pro 3.2.2 or newer. You still prepare documents in wp-admin. From the phone you see that site’s inbox, send from a template, remind someone who has not signed, host a signature in the room, and download the finished PDF.

It is not another signing cloud. PDFs, signatures, and the audit trail stay on the WordPress site you connect.

Why the phone is the right place for this

Most of the work after a document goes out is not design. It is waiting, nudging, and sitting across from someone who needs to sign now.

  • A contract is out and you are not at the laptop. Open the app, see who is still pending, and send the reminder from there.
  • A client is in front of you. Tap Sign on this device, hand them the phone, and take it back when they finish. The signing page is the same one an email link opens — fields, consent, and any OTP or KYC gate you already turned on in WordPress.
  • A front desk keeps a tablet. Pair it once. Revoke that device from Connected devices if the tablet goes missing.

Signers who only receive an email do not need the app. The public signing page already works in a mobile browser.

Download

The store download does not add a charge. The app connects only to a site that already has WPsigner Pro. Pairing it does not use an extra site activation. Plans are on the pricing page.

Connect it to your site

The phone does not get its own WPsigner account. It signs in to a WordPress user who can use signatures — Sender, Manager, or Admin. The site must be HTTPS. The app will not pair over plain HTTP.

QR code, the path we recommend

  1. In wp-admin, open WPsigner → Mobile App.
  2. Click Generate QR code. The code lasts 5 minutes.
  3. On the phone, finish onboarding and tap Scan QR.
  4. The phone shows a 3-digit code that is not inside the QR. Check that WordPress shows the same three digits.
  5. Click Approve this phone.

WordPress username and password

In the app, choose Or sign in with WordPress and enter the site URL, username, and password. If the host blocks the usual login path, or you would rather not type the main password on a phone, use an application password.

After that, the inbox is the document list from that site. The logo in the app comes from WPsigner → Mobile App → App logo: the website logo, the WPsigner company logo, or an upload.

Sessions last 90 days unless you tick Do not expire app sessions for my account. A user can have up to 8 paired devices. Open Connected devices on the same admin page to revoke a lost phone. Uninstalling the app removes the site URL and session stored on the device. It does not delete documents on WordPress.

Setup guide: Connect the mobile app.

What you can run from the phone

  • Search and filter documents on the connected site
  • Send from a template whose fields you already placed in WordPress
  • Upload a PDF and send it, using the same document flow as the plugin
  • Remind signers who have not finished
  • Host in-person signing
  • Download the PDF after everyone has signed

You still place fields, build templates, and set security in WordPress. The app is the companion you carry. It is not a second admin wizard.

Signing in the room

Sign on this device turns the phone into a short-lived host. The signer uses your site’s signing page inside the app. When they finish, tap Host and enter the 6-digit host PIN from WPsigner → Mobile App.

WordPress shows that PIN the first time — save it. Later visits only confirm that a PIN is already set. Generate a new host PIN replaces the old one. The PIN is stored hashed on the site, not on the phone.

The host ticket lasts about 15 minutes. Start again if it expires.

Guide: In-person signing.

What does not move

Nubesti does not keep a copy of the PDFs, signature images, or signer emails that pass through the app. The camera is only for the login QR, and the image is read on the device. There is no separate cloud inbox to administer.

If you lose the phone, revoke it in WordPress. Steps for deletion: data deletion.
