Works inside FlowMattic

Official addon · v1.2.1 · For FlowMattic

When a contract is signed, FlowMattic takes it from there.

WPsigner for FlowMattic adds a WPsigner app to the FlowMattic workflow builder: 27 triggers, 15 actions, and response fields with document, signer, payment, form, and cloud values. Workflows run on your server, with no Zapier and no remote API key.

Download it from the WPsigner Account Portal. WPsigner and FlowMattic must be active on the same site.

Inside FlowMattic

Where WPsigner sits in a FlowMattic workflow

The addon adds the WPsigner app. The canvas, the logic modules, and Task History are FlowMattic's own, so a WPsigner step works like any other step.

  • Trigger step

    Pick WPsigner, pick an event

27 events. Limit them by template, form or store origin, cloud provider, or CRM, then capture a sample for the next steps.

  • Logic modules

    Filter and Iterator

    Point a Filter at DOCUMENT_STATUS, TEMPLATE_ID, DOCUMENT_TAGS, SIGNER_ROLE, or SIGNER_IS_WP_USER. Point an Iterator at signers or pending_signers.

  • Task History

Every run stays on your site

FlowMattic records each run with its inputs and responses. Leave signing URLs and field values out of that data in FlowMattic → WPsigner.

Example workflows in the docs

Setup

Set up in five minutes

The WPsigner app appears in the FlowMattic workflow builder once the addon is active.

  1. 1

    Install the three plugins

Activate FlowMattic, WPsigner, and this addon on the same WordPress site.

  2. 2

    Download from the Account Portal

Get WPsigner for FlowMattic under Account → Addons, then upload and activate the ZIP under Plugins → Add New.

  3. 3

    Add a workflow

Open FlowMattic → Workflows, choose the WPsigner app and an event such as Document completed, add your steps, and turn the workflow On.

Requirements

  • WPsigner on the same site (Pro for create-from-template)
  • FlowMattic, active on the same site
  • WordPress 5.8+ and PHP 7.4+
  • A writable wp-content/flowmattic-apps/ folder, where the addon writes the app loader

Privacy and limits

Open FlowMattic → WPsigner. These options decide what WPsigner puts in workflow data, and so what Task History can store.

Setting Default
Include signing URLs in workflow data On
Include field values in workflow data On
Max documents created per hour 60 (1–500)
Max signers per create action 5 (1–10)

Questions

WPsigner for FlowMattic is an independent addon by WPsigner. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by InfiWebs. “FlowMattic” and the FlowMattic logo are trademarks of their respective owner and are used only to describe compatibility. Other product names are trademarks of their respective owners.

Is this Zapier?

No. The addon hands WPsigner events to FlowMattic on the same WordPress server. Nothing is sent to InfiWebs or to a WPsigner cloud API for the workflow to run.

Do I need an API key or a FlowMattic Connect?

No. The WPsigner app has no account to connect. It reads WPsigner events and runs WPsigner actions through WordPress on the same site.

Why didn't my workflow run?

Check that it is On. A workflow left Off does not run, and a sample captured while it is Off may not be recorded.

Can I loop through signers or filter by status?

Yes. Point a FlowMattic Iterator at signers or pending_signers, and a Filter at fields such as DOCUMENT_STATUS, TEMPLATE_ID, or SIGNER_ROLE.

Does it work with WooCommerce or form plugins?

Yes, two ways. A FlowMattic trigger from WooCommerce or a form plugin can start a workflow that creates a WPsigner document. And when WPsigner creates a document from a form or an order itself, the Document created from a form or order trigger tells you the plugin, form, entry, or order.

Do signing URLs or field values end up in Task History?

Only while they are included in workflow data. Turn either option off in FlowMattic → WPsigner. Signature images and the PDF path on disk are never included.

Can a workflow trigger itself?

Yes, if Resend invitation follows a Signing invitation sent trigger for the same person, because the resend fires that trigger again. A short rate limit blocks immediate repeats.

Where do I download it?

From the WPsigner Account Portal → Addons. You can also install it from WPsigner → Addons after the license sees the catalog.

Connect signing to the rest of your workflows

Download the addon, activate it next to FlowMattic, and build the first workflow from a completed document.
